We are constantly on the look out for new products and new development teams, however we are committed to only publish the best possible titles. Our aim is to develop long term relationships with developers, rather than single product deals; however, we realize that every relationship is unique.

• Storyboards not from Development Companies
  EIDOS, Inc., receives a great number of game ideas and storyboards. These can be anything from a couple of sheets of paper to large folders of information. Most of our game development is performed by development companies, either within the Eidos Group, such as Core Design, or by companies with which we have formed a close relationship, such as Ion Storm. The development that does take place internally by EIDOS, Inc., is written to our own designs and specifications. As such, it is very unlikely that we would take an interest in a design or storyboard from anyone but a well-established developer with the programming and graphics resources to develop the title in question. Before sending any game idea or storyboards, please ensure you have been asked to submit such documentation. All unsolicited submissions will be returned unread and/or unreviewed.
  
• Storyboards and Demonstrations from Development Companies
  We are always very interested in talking to development companies with ideas for games. However, the track record of the individual employees of the company and of the company itself is of paramount importance. Demonstrations of work already carried out on such designs are also very important. Preferably these should be running on the computer or console in question, rather than pre-rendered sequences from an SGI, for example. However, no videos or demonstrations in any form should be sent before establishing contact with EIDOS, Inc. All unsolicited submissions will be returned unread and/or unreviewed.
  
• Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA’s)
  The very fact that you wish to discuss your ideas with us implies that you respect our professionalism. All information provided to us will be treated as confidential by our employees and will not be discussed by or shown to anyone outside EIDOS, Inc., without your permission. However, we do not sign NDA’s from external companies.
